Depending on the needs of your business, Hantec Systems can provide three different levels of Criminal Record Disclosure. These are Basic Disclosure, Standard Disclosure and Enhanced Disclosure.
Each level of disclosure contains different information. This information is obtained directly from the Police National Computer and, in the case of Enhanced Disclosure, from Police intelligence.

Standard Disclosure - Usually required in cases of exceptions

An application for Standard Disclosure must be countersigned by a registered
Enhanced Disclosure - Usually required in situations where the candidate is applying for positions involving regular care for, training, supervising or being in sole charge of young people and vulnerable adults. It can also be required for certain statutory licensing purposes and judicial appointments. As with Standard Disclosure, an application for Enhanced Disclosure must be countersigned by a registered person.
